PLEASURE GROUNDS (NEW TERRITORIES) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1980
Made by the Governor in Council under section 109
Citation and
commencement.
1。
These regulations may be cited as the Pleasure
Grounds (New Territories)(Amendment) Regulations 1980
and shall come into operation on 16 June 1980.
Amendment of
the
Schedule. (Cap. 132, sub. leg.)
2. Item 3 of the Schedule is amended by deleting
the fees and substituting the following
"6.00 per court during ordinary period
3.00 per court during cheap rate period
12.00 per court where floodlights are used
at any time during any period of one hour".
