Clearly if the exercise is to be useful, we need more
questionnaires returned from the other countries. We would therefore be very grateful if you were able to contact the recipients(s) in the voluntary agency or agencies set out below and find out the state of play on the completion of their questionnaires. Moreover if you were able to use the diplomatic bag to return any completed ones to us here in Hong Kong (perhaps through the Political Adviser's Office) this would be very much appreciated. We still have in stock a few hundred fresh copies, and these can be despatched on request. When we have completed our analysis of the findings, we would be very happy to let you have a copy if you would be interested. Thank you for your help.
