badly.
Raison: Well , we, as I said, we are trying to give them more knowledge about
life in the United Kingdom.
There has been some discussions about
whether it is possible to do more in the way of mounting educational
programmes over here.I certainly think that is something that's
worth thinking about.
Reporter:
Raison: Yes, that's one of the points that I would discuss
back here al though
let me say after all this is something which happens over here and you
know we don't organice education in camps over here but I think it's
Something that the Government and the voluntary agencies together would
discuss and I would have thought that at this end you would be interested
in discussing with Government.
Reporter:
Raison: Well you know, I can't pretend to have seen enough of it to comment.
I have seen some I thought rather, you know, rather nice looking work in terms of play groups and there's other things of that kind but I
really don't think I would set myself up as a kind of comprehensive
judge on the educational picture over here but as I say I think one of
the points that has arisen during the course of these talks has been
whether more might be done in terms of education which of course does
mean you know not just saying how you are going to do it but the people
to do it and I think that's something worth thinking about.
