compensation and resettlement.
Very often, one can find large pieces of Crown Land lying
idle near areas cleared for development. This makes people
doubt whether there is any real necessity to clear the affected
areas,
After each clearance and re-development project, we find that the Government is benefited most from selling land out
for private projects.
We feel that the Government has willfully violated Article
17 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,

which reads: NO ONE SHALL BE ARBITRARILY DEPRIVED OF HIS
