EMPLOYMENT ORDINANCE
(Chapter 57)
EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1980
Made by the Governor in Council under section 73
1. These regulations may be cited as the
Employment of Children (Amendment) Regulations 1980 and
shall come into operation on the day appointed for the
commencement of the Employment (Amendment) Ordinance
1980.

inserting, after the definition of "day",
the following

""employer" or "person" includes a
proprietor;
"industrial undertaking" has the meaning
assigned to it in the Factories and
Industrial Undertakings. Ordinance;";
and
inserting, after the definition of "parent",
the following
""proprietor" has the meaning assigned to
it in the Factories and Industrial
Undertakings Ordinance;
