The Prime Minister was grateful for your Secretary of State's detailed explanation of the decision which he has reached on air service licensing appeal for the London/Hong Kong route, as set out in his minute of 12 June.

She has noted the decision, and Mr. Nott's plans for announc- ing it, and is content with the proposed timing.
