BRITISH CALEDONIAN INAUGURAL FLIGHT TO HONG KONG

1. The Chief Whip's Office have asked for FCO approval to Mr John Cope MP, Assistant Whip, going to Hong Kong on the British Caledonian inaugural flight departing on 1 August.

2. Neither MAED nor HKGD see any objections. I submit a draft reply.
