While there is some reassurance in Mr Keep's relaxed
view of the CAA decision, we must be under no illusions about the feeling which this has aroused, both in Hong Kong and here. Mr Adrian Swire has already been on to Mr Blaker and Mr Cortazzi and will probably lobby sympathetic MPs. We can expect a good deal of pressure too from Unofficial members of the Executive and Legislative Councils.
