Members will be asked to advise whether:-
the piers scheduled in Part I of Annex A should be dealt with in accordance with the recommendations set out in paragraph 11 of this memorandum;
piers scheduled in Part II of Annex A should be regranted for a term of 10 years on non- renewable pier leases with, inter-alia, conditions as proposed in paragraphs 13 and 14 above and at an annual rental of $150/m2, subject to review every three years,
(The Director of Lands, Suevey and Town Planning (Mr I. L. STANTON) and the Deputy Secretary for the Environment (Mr G. BARNES) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item).
