MERCHANT SHIPPING (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1980
Made by the Governor in Council under section 35(2)
Citation.
1.
These regulations may be cited as the
Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1980.
Amendment of Schedule. (Cap. 281 sub. leg.)
2. The Schedule to the principal regulations is
amended in item 1 of Part VII by inserting below "For
every 100 net registered tons or part thereof
$1,100" which occurs under the sub-heading
"Licence Fees Class VII Vessels" the following

"For every 100 net registered tons
or part thereof in the case of a
vessel that is moored to an area
of sea bed which is included in
a lease of the adjacent foreshore,
or the lease of which is granted in
conjunction with a lease of the
adjacent foreshore
