Advice Sought
21.
Members will be asked to advise, under section 6(1)(a) of the Streets (Alteration) Ordinance (Chapter 130), whether the proposed undertaking, namely the permanent closure of the section of Chun Wah Road between Sau Yan Path and the Post Office near On Wah Street, as illustrated in the plan at Annex A be authorized to proceed without modificiation.
(The Chief Architect (4), Housing Department (MR. D.R. MESSLING) and the Principal Assistant Secretary for the Environment (MR. MICHAEL M.Y. SUEN) will attend before the Council for the discussion of this item.)
