31 Schedule
Haintenance and Savicing of Vicles
ensure that every bus receives :-
(a)
(i)

(ii)
The servicing
a "servicing" at least once every month. will comprise an examination of the running and operating equipment (e.g. brakes, steering, door mechanism etc.) and the appointments (e.g. seats, handrails etc.), and
the rectification of any faults found;
a "minor dock" at least once every year. A "minor dock"
will comprise the examination of vital components, to
ensure that the bus is structurally scund and roadworthy;
(iii) an overhaul prior to examination by the Commissioner for
a Certificate of Fitness. (The Commissioner and CHS will prepare a schedule of the dates when Certificates of Fitness will be required for each vehicle and agree
on what an overhaul will comprise.);
so regulate the maintenance and servicing of buses as to ensure that at least 75% of the licensed fleet is available
at all times to operate the public caníbus service required
by the Ordinance and the franchise;
(c) keep up to date records of repairs, maintenance and overhaul
of each bus;

introduce a formal system for rivers to report defects with
clear lines of communications with the rujair teens, Written

the defect will be kept. (This will apply to all vehicles including buses parked overnight at termini and en streets);
remove from the depets all sempel engines, transmissions,
