(2) Where at the commencement of these regulations
. a vehicle is detained under regulation 7(2) of the
principal regulations, the daily storage charge payable
under that regulation after the second day during which
it is detained shall be -
(a) $20 for every day before the commencement
of these regulations; and
(b) 35 for every day thereafter.

Explanatory Note
Regulation 2 increases the charge for the
removal of illegally parked vehicles from $80 to $110,
and increases the storage charge from $20 to $35 a day.
Regulation 3 contains transitional provisions.
