ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING AND WAITING) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1980
Made by the Governor in Council under section 3
Citation.
Amendment of regulation
7.
(Cap. 220
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic
(Parking and Waiting) (Amendment) Regulations 1980.
2. Regulation 7(2)(a) of the principal regulations
is amended
sub. leg.
(a) by deleting "80" and substituting the following -
"110"; and
(b) by deleting "$20" and substituting the following
"35".
Transitional provisions.
3. (1) Where prior to the commencement of these
regulations a vehicle has been taken away under regulation
7(1) of the principal regulations, the removal charge payable under regulation 7(2) of the principal regulations shall be $80 notwithstanding that payment of the charge is made after
the commencement of these regulations.
