AERIAL ROPEWAYS (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1930
Made by the Governor in Council
under section 28
1.
These regulations may be cited as the Aerial
Ropeways (Operation and Maintenance) (Amendment)
Regulations 1980.
Amendment of

amended by deleting the definition of "owner".

Regulation 10 of the principal regulations
is revoked and replaced by the following
"Pre-opera- tional
examinations and tests.
10. Every day before the commencement
of operation of an aerial ropeway for the
carriage of members of the public, the
controller on duty at that time shall
carry out a visual examination or test of
such indication, control and safety devices
as may be required by the Director.".
