On management of the nuclear power station, Mr. Stones stated that he agreed with the idea of joint management in accordance with equity shares. He stressed that it was. important to allocate the appropriate person to the right position and responsibility.

Mr. Stones reported that a visit to the site at Dong Shan Wan had been made on 13th June, 1980. The site was found satisfactory and was enviromentally less sensitive to the population in Hong Kong and Shum Chun. Site investigations were being carried out.
