KEC will sell 1/3 of its 60% share of electricity (i.e. 20% of total NPS generation) to CLP at a price 10% higher than that of NPS. CLP will pay foreign currency for this purchase.

As a separate task, the U.K., if required, will help PRC in setting up China's safety standards guidelines as interpreted by NII (UK).

Construction and Supply of Equipment

As a principle, equipment and services should be supplied, much as possible, by PRC/Guangdong and the U.K./Hong Kong, provided the prices and performances of their supplies are competitive.
