Derek March asked me to let you have a copy of the enclosed Minutes. They constitute CLP's record of their discussion with the Cantonese authorities. Kadoorie is expecting a Chinese version, and they will, in due course, be consolidated. You will, of course, receive them through the usual channels.
My visit was interesting if nothing else, but I would prefer to explain it to you in person at a time convenient to you. Perhaps your secretary could arrange for us to see one another later in the week in London, making the arrangements through my offices**.
