Finally, we shall need to make a short statement at the forthcoming Assembly about the problems caused by Hong Kong. I should therefore be grateful if you would find out the reasons for the delay in Hong Kong's submission of its report for 1979, as well as when it is likely to be sent to the Fund. I appreciate that the Director will be able to find this out for himself when he visits Hong Kong, but this does not excuse us from being expected to make a short statement ourselves on the problem.
