You will also be interested to know that of the "communist" press in Hong Kong, only the Wen Wei Pao has commented on the Green Paper. In a long article on 14 June, it stressed that the proposals were not constitutional reforms. and were good for the stability of Hong Kong. It welcomed the introduction of universal franchise. The other "communist" papers have been silent.
