MY VISIT TO HONG KONG

Following up my letter of 13 October, I have one further suggestion for the programme. Helen Yu at the HKGO has suggested that it might be useful to see ICAC Community Relations Officers on the ground (as opposed to Headquarters). She thought that this would be educational for me and helpful in showing interest in their work.

If there is time I would certainly like to do this. May I leave it to you to see whether it can be fitted in? I should make clear that I would still like to see the new ICAC Commissioner. This is not intended
