Mr. Nott then enquired about competition from Japan.
The Chairman said that bilateral trade between Hong Kong and
Japan was 1 to 8 in Japan's favour. He hoped that the establishment of the Hong Kong/Japan Business Co-operation Committee would help to improve Hong Kong's exports to Japan.
