we doubt whether this would appeal to the Hong Kong Government.

A.i)
The project consists of three parts:
6,460 flats in high rise buildings in the San Tin area of Sha Tin and basic community facilities, to house 31,000 people.
ii)
two primary and two secondary schools, and
iii)
a commercial complex.
B. Study on an efficient transportation system.
C. Construction of sub-divisional fire station and an ambulance
depot.
Total value of project is estimated at US$111.70. Foreign exchange
cost of US$39.5m. Executing and procurement agencies are
Hong Kong Housing Authority and the Public Works Department.

Consultancy services will not be required for Parts A and C. For part B consultants will be appointed by the ADB*in accordance
with their guidelines.

Contractors for A and C currently registered with the PWD who are suitably qualified for contracts of various sizes will be considered as prequalified and will not be required to apply again for prequalification.
