The Hong Kong Government has recently appointed Mott Hay and Anderson (UK) and Wilbur Smith and Assoc (USA) as joint consultants to study means for increasing the capacity for vehicle flow between Hong Kong Island and Kowloch.
Line to Take
As the consultants are not due to report for some time, there is little need for a new initiative on this project at the moment.
