Mott Hay and Anderson with the American consultants Ralph Parsons are involved in plans for the harbour crossings; assistance is being given by this Department.

Tour of the New Territories (Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun and Sha Tin). British

consultants Maunsells and Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick have been largely responsible for the transport infra- structure of the New Towns. There are plans for rail links (covered in
