Chapter V Subsidiary Regulations & Provisional Laws
1) Companies enjoying a franchise and companies with over 50% of its capital
coming from Macau must have their headquarters and head management offices
set up in Kacau.
2) If the headquarters and head management offices of such companies were
already set up in places outside Macau before the promulgation of this law,
such headquarters and head management offices should be moved to Macau within
six months.
3)
Any measure affecting companies which probably are creditors or debtors
to the Republic or the Republic may have a share in whose capital or profit,
shall not take effect unless with the approval of the Minister of Co-operation
and the Kinister of Finance, even if it is under the jurisdiction of the
Governor of Macau.
Article 72
1)
Ordinances promulgated by organizations under the sovereignty of the
Republic, which should be implemented in Macau and stipulated to be published
on Covernment gazette, should be such published and the dates of such
publications in the central gazette should be recorded.
2) Laws and ordinances should take effect only after being published
on the Government gazette concerned, with the exception of laws and ordinances
attached with a statement of immediate effect; no matter under what circum-
stances, the necessary publication should be made in one of the two recent
issue of government gazette after the central gazette has arrived.
3) In case of Jaws and ordinances attached with statements requiring
immediate implementation, and when messages are sent through telegram. under
other omorgent circumstances, the cabled messages should be published immediately
on the government gazette or its supplement. Under such oiroumstances, the
ordinance concerned will take effect from the date of publication of the oabled
message.
