Sub-section III Operation

Article 32

1) Within 30 days after the election of the Legislative Council, the Council

shall meet in the capital of the territory.

2) The session of the Legislative Council normally shall not exceed 8 months,

but may be divided into 2 or 3 periods.

3) The Legislative Council may prolong its bession provided that discussions

are restricted to the business specified in the prolongation order and notice

of meeting.

1) General meetings of the Legislative Council shall be held in public, unless

2) The Legislative Council may form permanent or temporary committees for

specific purposes.

Article 36

1) Decisions of Legislative meetings shall be passed by majority vote.

2) The following decisions shall require a two-third majority.

Council.
