whether territories other than those so listed wish to be included
also. Her Majesty's Government in the context of their responsibility
for international relations attach great importance to the effective
application of the obligacions flowing from operative paragraph 2
of the Security Council Resolution in all the territories to which
this Savingram is addressed or repeated.
7. This Savingram is addressed to the Governors of Belize, Bermuda,
British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, FAlkland Islands, Gibraltar,
Gilbert Islands, Hong Kong, Montserrat, St Helena and Turks and
Caicos Islands; to the British High Commissioner in Wellington as the
Governor of Pitcairn; to the High Commissioner British Antarctic
Territory; to the Administrator, Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and
Dhakelia and to the Commissioner British Indian Ocean Territory.
8. This Savingram is also being repeated to the High Commissioner
in Brunei, the Governor of the Solomon Islands, HM Commissioner for
Tuvalu, EGR Bridgetown and DBGNs Antigua, Castries and St Vincent,
for necessary action with the Governments in their respective territories
