You will recall that the Government of Bermuda is keen to have provision of the above mentioned Act extended to Bermuda (your letter MRS 177/5 of 22 May and earlier correspondence refers).
2. In response to F C O Saving telegram number 4 of 9 June to Belmopan the Attorney General has produced the enclosed modified version of the Act. The Government of Bermuda have agreed that the Act as modified should now be extended to Bermuda.
3. I should be grateful if you would make the necessary arrange- ments.
