1. I write to acknowledge with thanks your letter of 14 February to Dick Stratton about our Memorandum on policy towards the dependencies,
2. I am glad that you would not see any objection to a wider distribution of the document. No decision has been taken on this yet. If it is decided to go for some form of publication, we will certainly cover the points you have mentioned. It is clear from your and other OAG's comments that amendments would indeed be necessary.
