Salary Scale applicable HK$ 148,000 p.a. (approx 15,250 at current rate of exchange). (Maximum Hong Kong tax rate is currently 15%).
8 Allowances Payable

9 Terms of Transfer (og loan or permanent transfer; removal expenses, superannuation terms)
On secondment to the Hong Kong Government on contract terms for a period of 21 years, with provision for a mid-contract home leave. A 25% gratuity is payable on completion of contract (the gratuity to cover such contributions as may be required to preserve PCSPS superannuation, and National Insurance and Widows and Orphans Pension Scheme if applicable).
