I have the honour to refer to irs Gregory's letter HKA431/8 of 28 July and to your letter ADI/2/5 of 24 August about the posts for which my approval is required under the provisions of Colonial Regulation 19 for appointments and promotions.
With effect from 11 September 1976 my approval will be needed only for appointments and promotions to the following
