I have spoken to the Chief Inspector about this, and we very much doubt from a DS Inspection point of view whether the draft questionnaire contains much that would be of any relevance to Inspectors. We appreciate, however, that it might be useful for the geographical departments concerned to have such questions answered, although at least two of the questions on page 5 seem to be rather oddly phrased, particularly the last one.
