You rang last week and asked for a copy of those parts of Estacode dealing with industrial action.
2. It seems likely that the reason your copy does not contain these sections is because they have been taken out of Estacode and are now embodied in a document entitled "Industrial Action in the Non-Industrial Civil Service", a copy of which is enclosed.
3. This copy was obtained for me by the Overseas Labour Adviser from the Department of Employment. I have also enclosed their covering instructions which you might find useful.
