Social Welfare Advisory Committee, Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee ICAC, Hong Kong Council of Social
Service, Council of the Hong Kong Polytechnic, Consumer Council and the Board of Trustees United College, Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Kong Examinations Authority, Board of Review Long Term Prison Sentences and the Television Advisory Board.
