Contribution to the Widows and Orphans Pension Scheme
In accordance with the provisions of Section 32 of the Widows and
Orphans Pension Ordinance (Cap. 94) which I have read, I hereby give you
notice in writing of my election to contribute at the rate of $125 a month
from the date on which my contributions at 4% of pensionable emoluments
first exceeded $125 a month.
