We were appointed as a Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service in January 1979.
We have elected to conduct our reviews of civil service salaries and conditions of service in stages and now have the honour to submit our First Report containing our recommendations on the Principles and Practices Governing Civil Service Pay in accordance with our Terms of Reference I (a).
