GAMMON HOUSE
We spoke on the question of our sublets at Gammon House. Details of the two are as follows:-

Determined Productions H.K. Ltd.
Original Lease from 15th May 76 to 19th April 79. Tenant exercised option co renew for a further year, to 19th April 1980.
Thos Cook Overseas Ltd.
Lease from 1st January 75 to 19th April 80. Tennant has option to renew for a further 5 years if landlord exercises his option to renew the Lead Lease.
We have the right to renew our lease for a further 5 years on serving notice, not less than 6 months nor more than 12 months prior to the end of the lease.
Our lease was for 5 years from 20th April 1975 and we will be contacting DEMOS for confirmation that the lease should be renewed.
In the light of your own requirement we will terminate the Determined Production lease but if Cooks exercise their option then there is little we can do.
I am attaching a plan on which I have indicated the spaces allocated. Determined Productions occupy some 1,284 sq ft and Cooks 1,917 sq ft.
