TUNG -v- LORD GORONWY ROBERTS AND DR. DAVID OWEN
I refer to my letter of the 28th June 1979. I am sorry to
report that at lunch time yesterday I received another visit from Mr.
Tung who informed me that he had had second thoughts and now wished to
appeal to the Judge in Chambers from the decision of Master Elton given
on the 18th June. He then served me with a copy Notice of Appeal return-
able at Noon on Friday next the 6th July.
I propose attending the hearing and I will let you know the
outcome in due course.
