11. Unsuccessful robbery led to explitation by instalments.
Being conscious of its deficit in reason, and difficulty to

B.
Increase of rent by geometrical progression, increase of
56.25% in two years.
C.
Transferee forced to sign new Tenancy Agreements (some 100
severe rules).
In conclusion, the aim is to drive away us and to seize the
land by all means.
12. Firstly limitation and finally forcing affecting the justice of laws.
Firstly by amending the highest limit of original 5,000 sq.ft.
to 1,280 sq. ft. is trapping pitfall. The Housing Department is well aware
that those who operate industry are in need of spaces to place machineries,
materials, ready-made goods, semi-ready made goods, awaiting the shipping
schedule to release carge. Let us ask that an area of 1,280 sq. ft. with
the deduction of the space taken up by walls, nothing to be placed at the
passage 5 feet from the exit as per requirement by the Labour Department,
(3 feet in width of passage) therefore leaving only a few hundred square
feet as the substantial operating area How can this be sufficient?
