Enclosed please find some copies with reference numbers from official concerned about us who faced the forcible clearance on/4, June 1979 where at the hillside of Lower Shing Mun Road, Shatin, New Territories without any sypathy, justice, compensation, or resettlement or alternative suvival method worst as a meat jumping out from the pan into fire to against the similiar triple- taxpayers of factory-dealers by H.K. Govt, to ruin of us and to those past victims of long time.
To-day we petitioned to the Governor from the regretable resultless same activities shown from the huge majority who suffering in various types etc. during the past. Hence we try to be seeking help from you if you are so kindly and be prestige to what we request:- 1) Let 6 months later for clearance to solve our suffering by you
or by our own that time;
2) Requesting the same treatment as Tsuen Wan District, N.T. where
to let the factory-affected ones to move into Public Industrial Unit or to move into the Industrial Area temporary some other Districts or Concerns even to be arrangeing to hire the Industrial units from the Licenced Area like Sai Chao Wan Area caused ... 3) To compensate all the loss raised and be prepaid the removal
allowance and extra amount from facts generously ..
