Existing Criteria

Briefly, households eligible for Home Ownership flats
are divided into two categories:
A
Housing Authority tenants, irrespective of their income, provided that:
(i) they surrender their existing tenancies after acquiring a Home Ownership flat; their household size is not less than
(ii)
(iii)
2 persons;
