If somesone tells you, here in Hong Kong among the four millions population, some people have been living for years in a place where there is no electricity, no water no hygienic facilities, on top of trash and execrement, not more than 200 fts. for a family of more than ten members; you won't believe it. But in the reality there is a lot of places where you can find the above mentioned living environment. For those living in the typhoon shelters, this is always a common scene. Let us listen to what Ah Sui---a little bou living in the tuphoon shelter tells us:
