1. I enclose a letter to the Director of SOCO acknowledging his letter of 7 February to Lord Goronwy-Roberts.

SOCO's letter enclosed a copy of a document entitled "YAUMATI BOAT PEOPLE ISSUE IN HONG KONG" of which you no doubt have a copy. If you don't I can arrange for one to be sent to you.
