ISSUE OF VISAS BY CHINA TRAVEL SERVICE (CTS) IN HONG KONG
1. I copied to you my letter of 30 March to Mr Mason in Hong Kong. Dr Wilson, the Political Adviser, has now replied as per the attached copy of his letter of 24 April.
2. The arguments put forward for allowing CTS to issue visas are very strong and we hope sufficient to justify this
