I told Mr Tan that I understood from'a previous conversation with the Second Director that they would use the old NCNA office in Sharp Street for the new visa office. Mr Tan confirmed that this was likely, although he said they had also been looking for other premises nearer Central.

I asked Mr Tan to give me adequate advance notice before the office opened for business. He undertook to do so.
