As it is up to the Commonwealth countries to let us know of any changes they wish to make in the DSP 52 instructions, I presume we need not take any action. Countries like Australia, Canada and New Zealand (with whom we have close co-operation) will no doubt contact us if they relax their present restrictions on the entry of Rhodesians.

If posts continue to refer where instructed at present, the various countries concerned will have the opportunity to indicate if Declarations of Identity are still required.
