Since 1961 your Petitioner's father has been engaged in
the production and trading of steel as follows :

In 1961-1968, Managing Director of the Oceania
Industrial Corporation Ltd. of Ngau
Tau Kok, Kowloon a steel rolling mill,
in which he had a personal investment
of $1 million
In 1969-1976, as sole proprietor of P.T. Rakatabadja in
Jakarta, Indonesia, a ship breaking factory;
In 1973-1976, as sole proprietor of the P.T. Maxi-Fero
Steel Factory in Jakarta, Indonesia;
Since 1977 to the date hereof, as sole proprietor of Wai
Hing & Company aforesaid. In 16 months the
turnover of the said company amounted to
US$36,106,910.00, equivalent to approximately
HK$173 millions. A copy of the Company's
Business Registration Certificate is at
annex "B"
Your petitioner's mother Kun Tak Chun also emigrated to Hong
Kong in 1960 with your Petitioner's youngest brother Chang Hoi Sang
in 1960 leaving only your Petitioner and his second brother Chang
Hu Sang in Shanghai China.

& Company is at annex "C" and a breakdown of the contracts of China
Steel Corporation is an annex "D".
Your Petitioner has furnished to the Clerk of Councils a
bundle the said company's relevant contracts with its suppliers,
