(c) Further or in the alternative, Your Petitioner
humbly prays for the following considerations
-
(1) Your Petitioner's Gommune-membership and
lodging have been cancelled by the
Chinese Government as a result of approval
on her application for leaving China and
residing permanently in Hong Kong. She is
considered by the Chinese Government as
an overseas Chinese.
(11) Your Petitioner is not entitled to return
to China except as a visitor on a temporary
basis on the strength of Hong Kong travel
documents.
(iii) As Uncle So's other members of his family
are engaged in other trades and are not
interested in the restaurant trade, Your
Petitioner's presence in Hong Kong will
mean the continuation of Uncle So's
business.
(a) Your Petitioner has a deep conviction that a decent
individual who has tried her best to be a useful
member of a free society and has proved that she
is not a burden in any sense of the said word to
the Hong Kong community, will be awarded the
appropriate consideration by Your Excellency in
Council of her plea and the final decision will be
just, equitable and morally right and in complete
accordance with the concept of tradition British
justice.
