37N. In this Part
:
"passage" in relation to a prohibited
immigrant includes the travel and
transport of the prohibited immigrant
by ship, aircraft, vehicle or any
other means whatsoever; and
"prohibited immigrant" means a person
belonging to a class or description
of persons which, by an order made
under section 37B, is refused per-.
mission to land in Hong Kong, other
than a person who unde: subsection 2)(c) of that section is excepted from the application of such order.
